Thank you for choosing The Realm Of Leaf! We’re dedicated to ensuring your plants arrive healthy, happy, and on time. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship, deliver, and handle orders.
Pre-Order Plant:
Some plants offered for sale may be pre-order items sourced directly from international breeders. Estimated arrival dates are provided as best estimates and may change due to customs inspection, weather conditions, export delays, or courier issues beyond our control.
International Transit Disclaimer:
Plants are living organisms and may experience stress during international transport. It is normal for imported plants to show signs such as: • leaf loss • yellowing • cosmetic damage • dehydration • temporary growth slow down These conditions are common after long-distance shipping and are not considered defects.
Variability of Living Plants:
Plant appearance may change over time. Differences in: • leaf size or shape • coloration • variegation patterns • minor cosmetic blemishes are natural and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
Responsibility After Delivery:
Once the plant has been delivered or transferred to the buyer’s care, all responsibility for plant care and acclimation transfers to the buyer. Due to the sensitive nature of imported plants, we cannot guarantee plant performance after acclimation.
Refund & Replacement Policy :
Refunds or replacements will only be issued under the following conditions: 1. The plant dies while still in the care of the breeder prior to shipment, or 2. The customer receives a completely different plant than the one ordered. All other sales are final.
Domestic Shipping:
Once plants arrive in Canada, they will be processed and shipped domestically. Domestic shipping costs are calculated separately unless otherwise specified. Customers may request combined shipping where applicable.
📦 Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We ship live plants Monday through Wednesday to minimize the risk of delays over the weekend.
All plants are packaged with care using eco-conscious materials.

❄️ Cold Weather Shipping
During colder seasons, we include insulated packaging and recommend adding a heat pack (available at checkout) if your area is below 40°F.
📦 Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking info to update.
🌱 Damaged or Lost Packages
If your plant arrives damaged or doesn't arrive:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the issue.
