Due to the sensitive nature of live plants, we do not offer returns. However, we want you to love your new greenery.


Damaged or Unhealthy Plants

If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send the following to 📧 therealmofplant@gmail.com:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the plant and packaging

  • A description of the issue

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Live plants

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Customized or pre-order items


Late or Missing Orders

If your package hasn't arrived within the expected time frame, contact us and we'll help investigate with the carrier.
